If you’ve noticed that things look a little different around here… you’re right. We’re excited to officially introduce the new identity for TONE UP INTERNATIONAL.

But this is more than a logo change. It’s a reflection of growth – in vision, in purpose, and in the kind of wellness community we want to continue building.

When TONE UP first started, fitness was at the center of the conversation. But over time, we realized our mission had become much bigger than workouts alone.

Our community conversations started including healthy habits, self-care, balance, confidence, mindset, rest, realistic wellness, and creating a lifestyle people could actually maintain.

We realized wellness is not about extremes. It’s about sustainability. That realization inspired this new brand identity.

The upward arrow in the “U” represents progress and transformation — becoming stronger, healthier, and more intentional one step at a time.

The leaf elements symbolize wellness, growth, and living well from the inside out.

And the circular shape represents balance, community, and support — the reminder that wellness journeys are not meant to be walked alone. We wanted our identity to reflect the safe, encouraging space we are building for people who want to grow in a realistic and meaningful way.

Every detail was intentionally chosen to reflect the kind of brand TONE UP is becoming – modern, encouraging, balanced, community-driven, and focused on real transformation.

This new identity also reflects something we deeply believe: You don’t have to choose between fun and fitness. You can enjoy life and still prioritize your health. You can grow without pressure to be perfect. You can pursue wellness in a way that feels joyful and sustainable.

As we enter this new chapter, our mission remains the same: to inspire healthier living, meaningful transformation, and a supportive community where people feel empowered to become the best version of themselves.
